I’m Emma Harrison, the founder and artist behind Natural Beauty.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped women feel polished, confident and completely themselves through carefully considered beauty, makeup and hair.
My approach is never about changing the way you look or following every passing trend. It is about understanding your features, your style and how you want to feel—then using experience, technique and an artistic eye to create something beautifully balanced and entirely personal.
From my private studio in Parkgate to wedding mornings and creative productions across Cheshire, Wirral and beyond, every experience is calm, considered and held to the same exacting standard.
The most beautiful results are rarely the loudest. They come from thoughtful preparation, carefully chosen products and knowing where to refine, soften or simply leave something alone.
My signature is polished, modern beauty with a natural ease—skin that still looks like skin, makeup that works in real life and on camera, and details that feel intentional without appearing overdone.
Whether I am creating a bridal look, refreshing your everyday makeup or welcoming you for a studio treatment, my role is to edit the noise and guide you towards what genuinely suits you.

My career began as a Saturday girl in a local hair salon, where I first fell in love with the atmosphere, creativity and connection that beauty appointments can offer. After qualifying in 2003, I worked across salons, spas and clinics throughout Wirral before becoming self-employed in 2008.
Natural Beauty has evolved with me ever since—from a small home-based business into a private Parkgate studio and a wider creative practice spanning beauty, bridal, editorial, theatre and film.
Through every chapter, the purpose has remained the same: to help people feel cared for, confident and at ease in their own skin.
Natural Beauty feels very much at home in Parkgate—a place filled with traditional character, independent businesses and a long connection to the restorative qualities of the coast.
Its slower pace, creativity and strong sense of community have all shaped the studio experience I wanted to create: personal, welcoming and quietly special.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll often find me and Penny walking along the Wirral Way, stopping at Elephant for coffee, or tucked into a corner catching up on admin—usually with something good to eat nearby.
It is a lovely place to work, pause and find inspiration, and I’m proud that Natural Beauty has become a small part of it.
