Appointments cancelled or amended are subject to the following charges, dependent on the notice period provided:
48 hours or more – No charge
24–48 hours – 25% of total cost
12–24 hours – 50% of total cost
Within 12 hours – 100% of total cost
Amendments to treatments or cancellations of selected services are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above.
Any cancellations made at late notice will consequently require a deposit to book any future appointments made.
A signed Bridal Agreement and Retainer Fee are required to secure your wedding date. Dates are not held without payment.
The Retainer is deducted from the final balance and is non-refundable if the Client cancels.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and the relevant cancellation charge becoming payable.
Cancellation charges reflect the work already completed, the date reserved and other bookings refused.

Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue or as displayed on your voucher. The expiry date will be shown on the eCard or physical voucher. Vouchers may be honoured after the expiry date at management discretion. Lost vouchers may be replaced where a valid record of purchase exists; please enquire.
For certain appointments, a non-refundable booking retainer may be required to secure dates and services. This retainer is deducted from the final balance.
Clients who cancel appointments at late notice may be required to pay a booking retainer for any future appointments.
Any payments made will be retained or applied towards the applicable cancellation charge and are non-refundable once the relevant cancellation period has been reached.
